It ships from overseas
Norvetaa is an online shop with no retail store. Our stock sits with a supplier outside the United States, and your order is packed and sent from there — not from a US warehouse. Plan on 3–5 business days to process and 8–12 business days in transit, so 11–17 business days in total.
What it costs to ship
Flat $7.95 to the 48 contiguous states, and free once your order passes $60 after any discount. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If it doesn't fit
You have 30 days from the day it arrives. Email us first and we send a prepaid return label — the return shipping is on us, and there is no restocking fee. The original $7.95 is not refunded on a change-of-mind return. See Returns.
How to pick a size without a chart you can trust.
We don't publish measurement charts, because the ones our suppliers send us don't hold up across colors and production runs, and a wrong chart is worse than none. Here is the method that does work — it takes two minutes and a tape measure.
Take a sweatshirt you already own and like the fit of. Lay it flat on a table, buttoned or zipped, and smooth it out.
Measure straight across from armpit to armpit, then from the shoulder seam down to the hem. Write both numbers down.
Match those numbers against the cut described on the product page, and use the table below when you land between two sizes.
