What Norvetaa is
Norvetaa is a small online shop that sells one category of clothing: women's hoodies and sweatshirts. Pullovers, zip-ups, half-zips, crewnecks and mock necks, in sizes XS through 5X. That is the whole catalog, and we would rather carry a short list we can describe accurately than a long one we cannot.
How it actually works
We do not manufacture anything, and we hold no stock of our own. We buy from suppliers overseas, and when you place an order, that supplier packs it and ships it to you directly from their warehouse outside the United States. That is why our delivery window is 11–17 business days rather than two days — the parcel is crossing an ocean and clearing customs. The only US address in the chain is the facility in Austin, Texas that receives returns.
We pay the import duty ourselves and build it into the price, so nothing is collected from you at the door.
What we will and will not tell you
Most of what you read on clothing sites — fiber percentages, “true to size”, measurement charts down to the half inch — comes from a supplier spec sheet that nobody at the shop has checked. We do not have verified fiber-content sheets for these garments, so we do not quote fabric percentages, and we do not publish measurement charts we cannot stand behind.
What we do instead: we describe what the photographs plainly show — neckline, closure, pockets, cut — and we teach you to measure a sweatshirt you already own and compare. It is less slick than a size chart. It returns fewer parcels.
You will not find customer reviews, star ratings or “30 people bought this today” on our product pages. We are a new shop and we have not earned any of that yet. When we have real reviews from real buyers, we will publish those.
The brands we carry
Several of the garments we stock carry the label of the maker who produced them — Zeagoo, OLRIK, RUMIA, Trendy Queen and others — and we leave those names on the product page rather than relabelling them as ours. Norvetaa is the shop, not the manufacturer.
The company
Norvetaa is operated by VIRELLE COSMETICS LLC, registered at 1001 S MAIN ST STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. That is the company's registered address on paper — it is not a store, a showroom or a warehouse, and you cannot visit it or send returns there. Returns go to our returns handler in Austin, Texas, and only after you have emailed us for a label.
