Shipping policy
Where your order ships from
Norvetaa is an online-only shop. We do not hold stock ourselves: our supplier packs and sends every order from their warehouse outside the United States. There is no US warehouse, no store and no showroom. The address on our Contact page is the registered address of the company, VIRELLE COSMETICS LLC, and is not a place to visit or to send returns to.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include US public holidays. Our cut-off is 6:00 PM MT: orders placed after that, or on a weekend or holiday, start processing the next business day.
These are the timeframes we work to, not a guarantee. Customs checks and carrier delays happen, and when one affects your order we would rather tell you than let the tracking page go quiet.
What shipping costs
- $7.95 flat per order, whatever is in the box.
- Free once your order total passes $60. The threshold is measured after any discount is applied, not before.
- Import duties are already included in the price. Nothing is collected from you when the parcel is delivered.
- Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands or any other US territory, and we do not ship to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.
We ship with USPS and FedEx. FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so an order going to a P.O. Box is sent by USPS.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking on an international parcel can take a few days to start updating — that is normal and does not mean it is lost.
If something goes wrong
Wrong address, a parcel that has stopped moving, or a delivery marked complete that never arrived — email support@norvetaa.com with your order number and we will work it out with the carrier.
Need to change or cancel an order? You have 24 hours from the moment you place it, before it goes to the warehouse. Email us and we will stop it.
