Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of norvetaa.com and any order you place on it. The site is operated by VIRELLE COSMETICS LLC (“Norvetaa”, “we”, “us”), registered at 1001 S MAIN ST STE 600, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or if a price or description on the site is plainly wrong, we may decline the order and refund you in full — we will always tell you why.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and include import duties. Any sales tax that applies is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Shipping is charged separately at $7.95 and is free over $60 after discounts.

Delivery

We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. Delivery timeframes on the Shipping page are the windows we work to in good faith, not a contractual guarantee. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Your right to return is set out in full on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Product information

We describe each garment from the photographs and from what the supplier tells us, and we say on the product page where our information ends — for example, we do not quote fiber content we cannot verify. Colors can look different on different screens.

Your account and conduct

Keep your account details to yourself. Do not use the site to break the law, to scrape it at scale, or to interfere with how it runs.

Trade marks and content

“Norvetaa” and the layout, wording and design of this site are ours. Product photographs and the names of the makers whose garments we sell — for example Zeagoo, OLRIK, RUMIA or Trendy Queen — remain the property of those makers and their suppliers; they appear here to identify the goods on offer, and we make no claim of ownership over them. If you believe material on this site is used without the right to do so, email us and we will take it down while we check.

Liability

We are responsible for getting you the goods you paid for and for the rights described in our returns policy. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
